We know you have many choices when choosing a therapist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Initial Evaluation
A licensed physical therapist will evaluate your problem with strength, range of motion, balance and specialized musculoskeletor testing. The therapist will establish a plan of care and home program to help you decrease pain, manage your symptoms and regain function. Evaluations typically last 45-60 minutes. (Price $150.00+)
